Private system

Nowler OS is a private, internal system operated by its owners for their own work. It is not a public service and offers no accounts, subscriptions or services to third parties.

Authorized use only

Use of this system, its tools or its integrations without formal, explicit authorization from its owners is prohibited.

No warranty, no liability

This system is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, its developers and owners accept no responsibility or liability of any kind for anything the system produces, does, or fails to do, nor for any decision or action taken based on its output.

Privacy

Nowler OS does not collect, sell or share personal data from the public. Its integrations with third-party services (such as Google APIs) operate exclusively on accounts owned and controlled by the system's operators, solely for their own internal purposes. Any use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
